Record Runs in BCA T20 Cup Final

Almost unnoticed, Superb Blend Gladiola and Wildey recorded the most runs ever scored in a BCA Twenty20 Cup Final as Gladiola triumphed by five wickets with seven balls remaining to retain their title at KMV Oval last Sunday.

After winning the toss, Wildey made 171 for five off 20 overs. Gladiola responded with 172 for five in 18.5 overs.

The total of 343 surpassed the 332 in the 2022 final when record six-time champions UWI amassed 195 for nine (20 overs) and dismissed Carlton for 137 (19.3 overs) to win by 58 runs at Crab Hill.
