The following is the schedule of media opportunities ahead of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024 Final on Friday, 28 June and additional information for media.
Barbados
India and South Africa play the final at 10h30 local time on Saturday, 29 June at the Kensington Oval, Barbados. Teams will address post-match media conferences starting around 10 minutes after the end of the match, with the losing team going first.
On their pre-match day on Friday:
India have cancelled their training session and have already addressed their pre-match media conference. The embargoed interaction will be available in the ICC Online Media Zone at 12h00 local time on Friday.
South Africa will hold an optional training session at the Kensington Oval from 14h00 to 17h00 local time. They will address their pre-match media conference in person at the venue at 13h00 local time.
The Media Hub powered by C&W Business in Barbados is a virtual media centre where accredited media can enjoy an immersive experience of what is available at the various venues when they are not at the nine host venues.
Facilities include high-speed internet, giant screens to watch the matches and technical support to allow participation in the end-of-match press conferences.
